In Cap Madrid the classes of NAKED SENSITIVE YOGA return, a new way of understanding yoga.
If you want to practice naked yoga, you can do it in Cap Madrid.
Next Thursday, December 19, we have organized a FREE class at 7 pm so that we can all know this discipline.

CLASS OF NAKED PILATES
Next Thursday, December 12, we organized the first class of NUDE PILATES in Cap Madrid. Yes, as you hear it, if you want to learn Pilates in a different way, come to Cap Madrid that day.
These classes are aimed at people who want to receive personalized teaching, or move more quickly in the practice of the Pilates method. They are taught in small groups to ensure special attention to each student. The goal is to achieve precise control of the body, strengthen deep abdominal muscles and increase body awareness.
